How long does it take to smart the place?
It depends on the order and the smart systems you choose. Usually, it takes a maximum of 4 days to make an apartment smart and a maximum of 7 days to transform a villa into a smart one.
When and at which stage of construction should I install smart home technology in my place?
It doesn’t matter at what stage of the building process we’re at; whether it’s during the installation of electricity or after the building has been handed over to us, we can start our job. However, when it comes to equipping motorized curtains, it depends on the type of ceiling in place. In most cases, we can equip motorized curtains after the handover.
What are the payment options available for purchasing products & services?
You can either pay by cash or credit card, but advance payment is required.
How long does shipping/delivery take?
Depending on the scale of the project and technical team schedule it may vary.
Do you offer international shipping?
We are based in northern Cyprus and currently do not provide any international shipping.

What is your return/exchange policy?
For the faulty products we will replace the equipment free of charge if it is within the “One-year warranty” and “10-year guarantee” duration. Otherwise, you will be charged accordingly for the repairs or the new equipment.
Are there any warranties or guarantees on your products?
We have a One-year warranty and 10-year guarantee for almost every equipment and the warranty for each equipment differs.
Are the products environmentally friendly or sustainable?
Our products and solutions help the environment by saving energy.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Depending on the services and solutions modification may be acceptable. Cancelation may be done depending on the terms of contract.
